Terms & Conditions
These terms apply whenever you create an event gallery, upload a photo, or join someone else's event.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and iAppsolution Technology ("we", "us"), of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, which operates PicUnionApp at https://picunionapp.com (the "Service"). By creating an account, joining an event, or uploading anything, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Please read sections 9 and 10 carefully. They limit our liability, including for loss of data and for unauthorised access to your content, and they place the risk of using the Service on you.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with personal data and forms part of these Terms.
1. Who can use the Service
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and host an event. If you are under 18, you may only join an event as a guest with the permission of a parent or guardian.
- If you are using the Service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
- You must not use the Service where doing so would break the law that applies to you.
2. Accounts and sign-in
Accounts are created with Google Sign-In. We do not issue or store passwords for new accounts. Your Google account is your identity on the Service.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
- One Google account is one guest per event. Signing in with the same account returns you to the same guest identity, which is how your own uploads come back to you.
- Tell us promptly at info@iappsolution.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
3. Your events and your content
"Your Content" means the photos, videos, event names, folder names and any other material you or your guests upload to an event.
- You keep ownership. We claim no ownership of Your Content.
- You grant us a limited licence to host, store, copy, resize, transmit and display Your Content strictly so that we can run the Service for you — for example generating thumbnails, streaming a live slideshow, and building a download archive. This licence exists only to operate the Service, ends when the content is deleted, and does not let us use your photos to advertise the Service.
- You are responsible for what you upload. You confirm you have the rights to upload it and to allow the other people in that event to see and download it.
4. Photographs of other people
This is the obligation people most often overlook, so it is set out separately. Event photos usually contain other people, and often children.
- As a host, you are responsible for telling your guests that photos taken at your event may be uploaded to a shared gallery, and for obtaining any consent required where you are.
- As a guest, you must not upload photographs of a person who has asked you not to, and you must not upload images of children without the consent of a parent or guardian.
- Do not upload anything taken where photography was not permitted, or anything captured covertly.
- A host can delete any photo from their event. If you appear in a photo and want it removed, ask the host first; if that is not possible, contact us at info@iappsolution.com.
- We do not review, moderate or approve uploads. Responsibility for every photograph rests entirely with the person who uploaded it and the host of the event it was uploaded to.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to upload, store or share:
- Anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
- Sexual content involving minors, or any non-consensual intimate imagery. We report this to the relevant authorities.
- Content that harasses, threatens, defames or incites violence against anyone.
- Malware, or anything intended to damage or gain unauthorised access to the Service or another user's gallery.
You also must not attempt to access an event you were not given a link, QR code or passcode for, scrape galleries in bulk, resell access to the Service, or work around storage limits or paywalls.
6. Plans and payment
- Free plan. You can create a gallery and collect guest photos without paying. Free plans have storage limits and we may change those limits.
- Paid plans. Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency displayed at checkout, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are handled by Stripe; some older purchases were handled by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the stated period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops the next renewal and does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
- One-time event packages buy one event each. A package that has been used for an event is spent, and deleting that event does not return the credit.
- Failed payment. If a renewal fails we may suspend paid features until payment succeeds.
7. No refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits or pro-rated amounts for any reason, including unused time on a subscription, an event you did not run, storage you did not use, downtime, or dissatisfaction with the Service.
Please use the free plan to satisfy yourself that the Service does what you need before you pay. If you believe a payment was taken in genuine error — for example, you were charged twice for the same purchase — write to info@iappsolution.com and we will look at it, but nothing in this paragraph creates a right to a refund. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
8. Storage, event expiry and deletion
- Each plan carries a storage quota. Uploads may be refused once an event reaches its quota.
- Paid events may carry an expiry date, after which the event stops accepting new uploads. Free events do not expire on a fixed date.
- Deleting a photo, folder, event or account deletes the associated records and files. Deletion is permanent — download anything you want to keep first.
- Deleted content may persist in routine backups for up to 3 days before those backups roll over.
- We may delete an event, an account, or any content at any time, including for non-payment, inactivity, or breach of these Terms.
9. No warranties — the Service is provided “as is”
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranties, conditions or representations of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
In particular, we do not warrant that:
- the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free;
- any content you upload will be stored, retained, or remain available or undamaged;
- defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components;
- the Service, or the third-party infrastructure it runs on, will be free from unauthorised access.
The Service is not a backup service and must not be treated as one. You are solely responsible for keeping your own copies of anything that matters to you. Download your gallery in full resolution and store it somewhere you control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability whatsoever in connection with the Service or your use of it. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
Without limiting that, we are not liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive — arising out of or in connection with:
- loss, deletion, corruption or unavailability of any photo, video or other content, however caused;
- unauthorised access to, disclosure of, or interception of your content or personal data, including any data breach, leak or security incident, whether affecting us or any third party we use;
- any act, omission, outage, breach or failure of a third-party provider — including Google, Cloudflare, Stripe, Razorpay or our hosting provider;
- anything uploaded by you, by a host, or by another guest, including any claim brought by a person appearing in a photograph;
- a link, QR code or event passcode being shared, guessed or misused, and anyone reaching a gallery as a result;
- downtime, suspension, termination, deletion of an event or account, or any change to or withdrawal of the Service;
- loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business, opportunity, or anticipated savings.
This exclusion applies whether the claim is in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, restitution or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised that such loss was possible.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the total amount you actually paid us in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is lower. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of India, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Third-party infrastructure
The Service is built on third-party infrastructure. Photos and videos are stored and delivered by Cloudflare. Sign-in is provided by Google. Payments are processed by Stripe, and older payments by Razorpay. The application and database run on third-party hosting.
Your content is therefore held on systems we do not own and cannot control. Those providers have their own terms, and their security, availability and data handling are their responsibility, not ours. We are not liable for anything they do or fail to do, including any outage, data loss or security incident on their platforms.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless against all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, penalties and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms — including any claim brought by a person who appears in a photograph uploaded through your account or to an event you host.
13. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access, or remove any content, at any time and without notice — including for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where your use puts the Service or other users at risk.
- Termination does not entitle you to any refund. Sections 3, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 15 survive termination.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page and changing the date at the top. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, and you submit to that jurisdiction.
